Promoted by professionals having vast experience in the social development sector, ARF possesses a unique capability and resources to plan and execute projects in varied fields. The Board of the organization comprises of the following individuals :

Anupam Chatterjee Director Projects
BA (Economics) MA (Sociology) MBA (HRM).
An experienced researcher, with substantial management and consultancy expertise, Mr. Anupam Chatterjee has been keenly involved with the planning, design and execution of numerous research and consultancy projects in the social development sector.
Possessing professional experience of more than 15 years across various sectors including, rural development, governance, livelihoods, women & child development and health & family welfare, Mr. Chatterjee also commands excellent facilitation, team leadership, writing and research skills. In addition to his consultancy and research functions, Mr. Chatterjee is also involved as Honorary Faculty with a number of academic institutions, with specific focus on the area of human resource management.
An acknowledged authority in his field, Mr. Chatterjee has been involved with the conceptualization and execution of a number of projects across various functions, including large-scale socio-economic surveys, evaluation and impact assessment studies, censuses, and training & capacity building programs related to the social development sector.

Santosh Srivastava Director Operations

Mr. Santosh Srivastava has expertise and rich professional experience of over 20 years in conceptualizing, planning & moduling of various socio-economic research projects and training & capacity building programs, across a wide range of development sectors, including rural development, agriculture, micro-finance, self-help groups, project management and the like.
Presently serving as the Director Operations of Awadh Research Foundation (ARF), Mr. Srivastava has been the Team Leader for a number of research projects related to the strengthening of the organizational structures and implementation processes of these sectors, besides designing interventions for enhancing the quality of the systems and services delivered.
